Perlevikens Jo-Jo
Jo-Jo is a bitch who is born the 17th of January 2005 with the breeder Perleviken in Åkersberga, close to Stockholm. Jo-Jo and her 8 relatives are born after Michaland´s Tonya and Michaland´s Buster.
Jo-Jo is graduated IPO1 with Åsa.
When Jo-Jo became 20 mouths she did start her
career to be a watch dog in the Swedish Army. A training during a period
of one year. During that year did we (Åsa and Jo-Jo) spend 2 days a
week in Värmdö, east of Stockholm to practice different things you have
to handle. Example is tracking, watching and patrol activities. That
means that the dog and driver seek with ears and nose to find hidden
persons or material. If you find a track, you should be able to follow
that "to the bitter end..." Obedience is also important, as well as the
dog can handle stressed environment. Everything ended up in a
certificate test during two days. 
In
October 2007 we became a certified patrol and we have since that
participate in different training sessions in the army. This is the best
environment for Jo-Jo, especially tracks.
